Longines has always had ties to the equestrian community. The company, which has long supported dressage and show-jumping competitions, has unveiled the DolceVita x YVY, a new watch with a riding theme. The first DolceVita collection by Longines was introduced more than 20 years ago, but this collaboration with Yvonne Reichmuth, founder of the Swiss design studio YVY, pairs the classic rectangular Longines watch with YVY’s double strap in leather, which comes in brown, beige, or black and is rivet-studded. “We wanted to create a fresh perspective to the world of horses and their bridles together,” says Reichmuth. The watchband and accent bracelet on the double strap may be disassembled and switched out as desired.
