In the United Kingdom, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have recently arrived for two official engagements. To begin off their trip of the United Kingdom, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex went to Manchester for the opening ceremonies of the One Young World conference, where Markle was the keynote speaker to a group of young leaders.
Regarding this topic, Markle said, “it’s incredibly nice to be back in the UK and at One Young World, where I’ve been a counsellor since 2014. Until now, she had not had a UK address. Duchess of Sussex reportedly said, “To meet again here with him [Prince Harry] by my side makes it all feel full circle.”
Markle discussed her multiple visits to the summit, the changes in her life that have taken place by 2019 and the ways in which motherhood has widened her perspective. When asked about her first child, Archie, who was born on May 6, 2019, she replied, “I would ask what is this world he would come to adopt and what can we, what can I do to make it better.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently visited the UK, after their previous appearance in June for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations with their children Archie and Lilibet Diana.
