Save the date for Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan’s wedding!
The Royal Hashemite Court named the future king of Jordan, Rajwa Al-Saif, 28, and their wedding date on New Year’s Eve. The wedding will take place on June 1, 2023.
The Royal Hashemite Court tweeted, “The Royal Hashemite Court is pleased to announce that His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif’s wedding will take place on June 1, 2023 #Jordan.” The couple’s earlier photo was captioned, showing Rajwa, also 28, channelling bridal themes in a stylish white dress.
“We ask that God bless us with His favour. Thank you to my loving Jordanian family for your unwavering support and well wishes, “Regarding the picture of Rajwa and him holding hands as her diamond ring was on display, Hussein commented.
How the couple met and how long they’ve been together are still mysteries. Hussein is a captain in the Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army and a Georgetown University and Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, both in England and Washington, D.C., graduate. The youngest daughter of Saudi entrepreneur Khalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz al-Saif is his fiancée. She previously completed coursework at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles and Syracuse University in New York.
The Jordanian royal family will have a particularly memorable year because Hussein’s parents, Queen Rania and King Abdullah II, also have another wedding to organise. Princess Iman, their eldest child, is also engaged, according to information released by the Royal Hashemite Court in June 2022.
